Diana from KSA Silmakeskus: Meet Our Radiant Administrator

Everyone at KSA Silmakeskus knows Diana
Walk through the doors of KSA Silmakeskus and you'll meet Diana Senek—the bright, warm administrator who somehow makes every patient feel instantly at ease. What strikes people most is this: her warmth isn't reserved for clients. She radiates the same genuine kindness to colleagues, patients, and everyone around her. It's rare, and it matters.
Diana is rarely in a bad mood. And on the few occasions when she is, she keeps it entirely to herself. She smiles, she laughs, and she shines—consistently.
Every day, helping dreams come true
"I genuinely love talking with people," Diana explains. "I can feel the tension ease when they interact with me. It's what I'm here for."
Part of what makes her so effective is personal experience. Diana herself has had her vision corrected at KSA—so she knows exactly what patients are feeling. This gives her something most administrators don't have: true empathy.
"I can read the room," she says with a knowing smile. "Some people are naturally nervous before their procedure. When that happens, I'll joke that anxiety comes as standard—it's included in the package, free of charge." The humour works. Patients relax. The atmosphere shifts before they ever step into the laser suite.
Nervousness is rare, though. After all, there's not much to worry about.
But the part Diana loves most? She's present at the moment dreams actually come true. For most people, correcting their vision isn't just a procedure—it's a significant life change. "I get to be part of that, every single day," she says, with genuine pride. "I do everything I can to make sure their experience here is comfortable, calm, and genuinely pleasant."
That energy comes directly from knowing what awaits them: the clarity, the freedom, the world suddenly in sharp focus. Diana knows this feeling firsthand.
The reality behind the smile
Some KSA staff members can't actually remember a time when Diana wasn't here. It feels like she's always been the administrator—though officially, it's been 4.5 years.
Before KSA, she worked as flight staff for a bus company. While studying tourism management in Võru, she worked at a tourism farm. Both roles taught her something essential: how to genuinely connect with people.
But this job has its challenges. Multiple patients at once. Countless small tasks. Constant time pressure. And through it all, the requirement to remain warm and present. "I have to shine, always," Diana acknowledges. "Even on the rare days when my mood dips, I can't let it show at work."
Add to that the complexity of people management—sometimes you need diplomacy, sometimes you need to say something difficult with kindness—and you've got a role that demands real skill.
Recharging at home
When Diana steps away from the clinic, she finds her balance in her garden. She spends time with her family, works the soil, and lets the quiet pace of nature settle her. It's not complicated, but it works.
What keeps her going, ultimately, is the same thing that brought her to KSA in the first place: the genuine pleasure of helping people feel better. Every patient who leaves with clear vision and a smile—that's what fuels Diana's warmth.
When you visit KSA Silmakeskus for your Flow3 procedure or ICB lens replacement, you'll understand why our team—and our patients—consistently choose this clinic. Great medicine starts with great people. Diana is proof of that.
