Timeline: When to Have Your Procedure

Ideally, have your Flow3 procedure at least one month before your wedding.

Why? Your vision stabilises and sharpens within that window—enough to enjoy freedom and take in every moment without compromise. You can also return to active life, sports, and dancing by day seven.

If you've worn contact lenses before and want to switch to lenses for the day, at least one month of regular wear beforehand will help you feel confident.

How the Flow3 Procedure Works

First, we run a thorough eye examination to establish whether you're a suitable candidate. This is important—not everyone is, and we'll be honest about it.

You'll spend roughly an hour at our Tallinn clinic on procedure day. The actual laser work takes only 10–15 minutes.

Who Can Have the Procedure?

The ideal age range is 20–40 years. Your vision must also be stable—if your prescription has changed significantly in the past year, we'll ask you to wait a year or two.

Some people aren't suitable candidates. Occasionally, the cornea is too thin, or another health factor makes the procedure inadvisable. We'll know after your examination—so the first step is always a proper assessment.
