Keity Meier: How Flow3 Freed Her from Glasses

A Competitor Who Couldn't See Clearly
Keity Meier is driven, bold, and committed. As a motosports trial competitor, she'd set her sights high—competing in the 2022 European and World Championships. In late 2021, she made a decision that would change everything: she underwent Flow3 laser eye surgery at KSA and finally freed herself from short-sightedness that had haunted her since childhood.
Glasses and Motosports Don't Mix
Keity got her first pair of glasses at age eight. Over the decades, she'd lost them, replaced them, stepped on them, sat on them—the usual story. But when she got her first motorcycle at twelve, reality hit hard. Glasses and high-speed trials don't go together.
Under a helmet, her frames felt unstable and restrictive. Worse, the lenses would vibrate constantly, turning her view into a shaky, unreliable mess. Not exactly ideal when you're navigating technical terrain at speed.
Contact Lenses Weren't the Answer
So Keity tried contact lenses. For a while, they seemed like the solution.
Then came the reality of her lifestyle. Motosports is unpredictable—dusty tracks, remote locations, uncertain conditions. Contacts require clean hands, sterile solutions, and hygiene she couldn't always guarantee. They fell out. Her eyes dried up, turned red, and itched constantly. The lenses became just another source of stress, another thing to worry about when she should have been focused on racing.
The Flow3 Decision
Keity decided she'd had enough. She chose Flow3—the flapless laser procedure that lets athletes like her return to sport without compromise. No surgical flap, faster healing, and the confidence that comes with genuinely clear vision.
No more glasses sliding down her face. No more contacts falling out on the trail. No more accommodations. Just clear sight and freedom.
Life Reimagined
Everything changed. Travel became simpler. Training outdoors became stress-free. She could focus entirely on what mattered: championship-level motosports competition, without the distraction of vision correction getting in the way.
Keity's story is straightforward: when your lifestyle demands clarity and reliability, glasses and contacts stop being solutions. They become obstacles.
That's why Flow3 exists.
